Technical draft. This policy describes how SCAVA handles data today and will be reviewed by counsel before SCAVA takes on paying customers.

This policy explains what Scava Global LLC ("SCAVA", "we") collects when you use scavapro.com, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

1. What we collect on this website

When you send the "Get started" form we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the approximate number of pools you service, how you heard about SCAVA, and any notes you add. We also record the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from, which we use only to block automated abuse.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels on this site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google may see your IP address as part of serving the font files.

2. Why we collect it

To contact you about SCAVA, answer your questions and, if you decide to go ahead, set up your account. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside SCAVA except the service providers listed below.

3. Who processes it on our behalf

Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores form submissions.
Resend — delivers the confirmation email to you and the notification to us.
Google Workspace / Gmail — where we read and reply to your message.

4. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact with you. If you become a customer, your details move to your customer account and are governed by the customer agreement. If you ask us to delete your submission, we do so within 30 days.

5. Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email suporte@scavapro.com from the address you used on the form. We'll confirm when it's done.

6. The SCAVA product

Once you are a customer, the SCAVA application stores your business data — customers, locations, visits, readings, photos, quotes and invoices — on your behalf. That data belongs to you and is covered by the customer agreement and its data terms, not by this website policy.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
